War is overdue, The time has come for you

Transference;Advanced:

The ability to transfer energies, powers, illness, damage, etc. from one person, through oneself, and to another person.

Kyrarei mainly uses this to help others. If someone's powers are out of control, if they're injured. He will transfer what he can out of them and into either himself or someone he really doesn't like.

Elementalist/Cryokinesis;Mastered:

The ability to create, manipulate, or control ice.

He usually creates a slick of ice on the floor, makes it spike up and stab through his enemies, and then shatter like glass in and around them.

Aim, shoot, kill your leaders

Honestly, he's a mob boss. He always has something stashed somewhere. He has full warehouses and backrooms full of all sorts of weapons and explosives. However he does always have Two Hanguns on him, as well as a hidden blade or two, and a few extra magazines.

Warped and bewitched, Time to erase whatever they say

He's tall, standing at 6'4", but he's sleek, and lithe, much like a cat would be. Actually, he likens himself to cats quite a bit. His eyes are a liquid silver sort of color, making them appear almost fully colorless in the light. His eyes are strange in another way as well. Being albino he had natural red pigments in his eyes, however, the red pigment he was born with turned into a secondary color, only fading from silver to crimson when he's really mad, or really horny.

But enough about his eyes. His body is strong, well muscled, but not overly so. He has strong, very prominent abs, when he flexes anyways. He can easily carry his body weight, and sometimes even more than that. He is still rather lean, despite his almost 210 pounds. He can get through pretty much anything, except jail bars. He's tried. His skin is extremely pale, and it burns very easily, so no matter how hot it is, he will wear a hoodie or long sleeves while outside if the sun is out, especially since he's allergic to SPF anything over 30. He usually wears sunglasses outside as well, due to his eyes. His skin is also extremely hypersensitive, due to a rare nerve condition. He refuses to touch anything that he would find rough. He prefers to wear materials like silk and satin, and some soft cottons. But nothing else. He hates jeans and denim material, and also the feel of washcloths and towels. His towel is the only one that he will ever use, because he had it custom made for him with materials he can stand.

His hair is always a mess. It's said that he never brushes it, leaving it wild and unruly, just like him, or so he says. However, it is always extremely soft, and smells vaguely like some sort of aqua-velvety cologne. He takes very good care of his hair, but the same cannot be said about his hands. They are rather calloused from years of working in mechanics and art. And he has one of the firmest handshakes....

Now, about his clothing. Kyra likes to wear anything that either will accent his features, or something that he finds comfortable. Most of the time you will find him wearing some sort of Tripp pants, chains dangling about. He almost always wears some sort of tight fitting muscle shirt, but if it's too sunny or if he's just in the mood he will wear something over it. He almost never wears white, except for the bandanna on his head, which he will switch to a black one on occasion, depending on his mood. When he has business meetings he is always in a fine suit.

Oppose and disagree, Destroy demonocracy

Kyra is just one of those people that you will either love or hate. His charm is only exceeded by his sarcastic wit, and the fact that he is straight forward and just doesn't seem to give a fuck what other people say or think about him seem to make up most of what he is. He is cocky, self-centered, and rather egotistic and arrogant. He puts himself above everyone else, and honestly believes that he is the single most important thing on the planet. He knows he's drop dead sexy and uses that to his advantage.

Despite all of that ego-ness, he is actually rather intelligent and creative. His IQ scored somewhere around 145, not genius level, but pretty damn smart. He however, dislikes using it for formulating plans and things like that. He's a very hands on kind of person and would rather work on taking things apart and putting them back together, or painting, drawing, sketching. He says he would love to play the piano, but he's simply "too manly" to do it.

He is extremely sarcastic, always making comments and never really thinking about what it is that he's actually saying. He has no filter to his words, whatsoever. After all, his favorite pick up line is, "I'm hot, you're hot, let's go back to my place and do it." He will straight up tell you if your presence annoys him, but it's not exactly easy to get on his bad side either.

You see, Kyra is a very cool headed kind of person. Maybe it's just because he's an ice user, but he's very laid back, and while determined to get things done on time, that doesn't mean that he does them right that second. He is a procrastinator, and he's rather lazy. He would rather hang around and party than actually do any work.

While he is often goofing around and being loud and obnoxious, there is another more serious kind of side to him. He does in fact run his own business, a sort of front for the black market. Kyrarei owns a few different clubs, which he uses to host a variety of mafia members. He deals and steals and smuggles and transports. If it's illegal, he's probably doing it.

Kyra's life started just as normal as anyone's would. His mother was a very traditional Japanese woman, but his father was from Russia. Kyrarei, his name, literally means "Lord of the Cold". His red eyes always glowed with life, and he was very playful and mischievous as a child. He got into everything! Making messes everywhere. Eventually his father grew sick of them, and left, leaving just him, and his pregnant mother, he was 3 at the time. His mother had always told him that he would be very talented, and let his artistic side sprout at a very young age, not caring that he often destroyed carpet and furniture while painting.

When he was 4 his sister was born. He had never seen another child before, and grew, instead of jealous of her, very protective and close to her. He taught her everything. He taught her how to paint, and how to get the maids in trouble by stealing their shoes and burying them in the garden. The two got in so much trouble all of the time.

When he was 10 he realized something wasn't quite right with the way he felt things. Certain things, like his mother's satin robe, were soft on his skin, while the polyester of his own clothing made him scream. He always ran around in that robe, until he was brought to the doctors who told his mother that he had a nerve condition called Tactile Defensiveness, which made his skin hypersensitive to certain materials. Since then he has been picky about what he wears.

A few months after that, he and his sister took a trip down to the river to play. He had only lost sight of her for a minute, after all, he had really had to pee, but when he returned she was nowhere to be found. That was until he heard the blubbering in the river. He screamed, racing after her, but he had this fear of deep water at the time, after all, his mother always told him never to go in anything above his knees because he would be eaten by a sea monster. Hey, he was little okay?

He raced back to the mansion, grabbing as many adults as he could and headed back to the river, but by the time they got there, his sister was dead, drowned. She had been caught under a log about halfway across, and she couldn't get out. He was in tears over it for about a month before his father returned, hearing of his daughter's death. He blamed Kyra for it, smacking him only once. Kyra had done something, whether it was a normal power, or if it was something else, no one really knew. His father sat on the floor for a little while, Kyra had stolen his power, snapping and almost killing the man. He was supposed to have received an ice power, but because of a rare power that lingered in his blood, one he must have picked up from his mother's blood line, he stole his father's life force, crushing the man.

From then on Kyra was thrown into studies, learning how to do what his father did. When he was 14 he was thrown into an academy, learning everything that he could about all the different kinds of powers and the way that they worked.

When he was 17, he finally took over his father's business and turned it from an architectural design shop to a clothing and arts shop. Many questioned his changes, but he said that he had a plan, and while most left him, they were quick to fill. He decided that instead of running a prostitution ring like his father had done, he would expand and deal in all sorts of illicit activities and products.

To this day he has his hands in many different pockets, and has one of the most reputable crime syndicates in the world. However, he appears to be just a regular business owner, having nightclubs, stripclubs, arts and antique shops, and all sorts of other businesses around the world.
