Rell can cause mild to moderate damage with a simple touch or increase the damage caused by more aggressive contact. She could amp up the damage of a strong punch from a bruise to a bone bruise, fracture, or ruptured organ depending on the location of the blow.  Scratches from her nails could be made from minor abrasions to mild gashes. She has to be touching the person affected and cannot utilize this ability to increase injuries caused by any object or weapon.

Rell is short and slim, built along deceptively delicate lines. She looks rather younger than her nineteen years but that doesn't bother her in the least.  In fact, she uses that to her advantage; letting others underestimate her to her advantage. Her wide, blue-grey eyes appear utterly guileless and her doll-like features seem made for small smiles and demure glances. With the long, dark hair falling past her waist it's no wonder Rell is so often taken for younger and sweeter than she is. She even takes care to dress in a manner that furthers this deception. The majority of her clothes are simple things; sundresses and the like in warmer weather are most common; and she tends toward lighter colors. When the weather turns chill she still tends for girlish things, just ones that retain more body heat.
